LaSalle St., 13th Floor Chicago, Illinois 60603 (312) 814-2420 Illinois Department of Insurance JB PRITZKER Governor ANN GILLESPIE Director TO: All Regulated Entities FROM: Ann Gillespie, Director DATE: September 3, 2026 RE: Company Bulletin 2026-11 – Springfield Office Move This Company Bulletin serves as notice to all Regulated Entities subject to the Department’s authority that as of September 28, 2026, the Illinois Department of Insurance’s Springfield Office will relocate to the following address: 4800 Wabash Avenue Springfield, Illinois 62711 The Department reminds all Regulated Entities required to disclose availability of the Department of their obligation to ensure that the accurate address information for the Department’s new Springfield Office is reflected on all public facing communications. This includes, but is not limited to, all applicable forms, disclosure notices, or other items required by law to be filed with the Department. Regulated Entities are also reminded of their responsibility to ensure that all contracted third parties conducting business on behalf of the Regulated Entity are also required to make necessary updates to their respective forms, notices, and other public facing material to avoid consumer confusion and avoidable delays. The required updates may also include maintenance to the Regulated Entity and any contracted third-parties’ internet website(s) where information regarding the Department’s office addresses may reside. The Department encourages and will accept form filings and other documents that are bound by regulation to include the Department’s new Springfield office addresses in SERFF while the Department undertakes necessary changes to applicable statutes and administrative code referencing the Department’s former Springfield address.
