Paragraph (a)(1) of 625 ILCS 5/7-603.5 places specific requirements on Illinois insurance companies authorized to sell motor vehicle liability insurance. Unless you have already done so, please go to the ILIVS website (www.ilivs.com) and click on the Registration link in the top menu to access the Registration form. Fill out the required information to register with ILIVS. The ILIVS Help Desk will contact you after your registration is approved. Key dates for insurance companies are listed below: • April 1, 2019 – Deadline for insurance companies to register on the ILIVS website (www.ilivs.com). • July 1, 2019 – Deadline for insurance companies to begin testing with ILIVS. • August 30, 2019 – Deadline for insurance companies to move to production with ILIVS.
