The Department intends to collect this data set annually to assess the state of the private health insurance market and perform updated analysis related to healthcare affordability initiatives, such as those modeled in the 2021 Feasibility Study completed under PA 101-0649. Please provide the EDGE server files listed below for the 2021 benefit year: • HCRPDE (High Cost Risk Pool Detail Enrollee) • TPIR (Transfer Payment Issuer Report) • RARSD (Risk Adjustment Risk Score Detail Report) • RARSS (Risk Adjustment Risk Score Summary Report) • RATEE (Risk Adjustment Transfer Elements Extract) Files can be sent securely through Oliver Wyman’s file exchange platform or through your company’s own secure file exchange platform. If you desire to use Oliver Wyman’s platform, please provide a Name and Email address to one of the Oliver Wyman contacts listed below to receive an invite for data upload. All files will be stored and analyzed on a secured drive by the DOI, HFS, or their contracted consultants. The data and any results will be kept confidential or through your company’s own secure file exchange platform.
