Statutory Authority

Section 1650 Section 1650.1010  Statutory Authority The Illinois Building Authority was abolished January 1, 1982, by Public Act 82-235.  All rights and duties of the Illinois Building Authority were transferred to the Board. [20 ILCS 3110/1.1]  Matters which were formerly Illinois Building Authority responsibilities are now under the Board's jurisdiction and are dealt with under a division of the Illinois Capital Development Board.
