Section 1760.150  Unspecified Matters All matters not specified by these Organizational Rules shall be governed by the Open Meetings Act [5 ILCS 120], the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100], and the latest edition of Robert's Rules of Order whenever applicable.
