Section 2175.520Â Adopted
Rules
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â At the conclusion of the second-notice period, the Board may
adopt a final opinion and order adopting the new or amended rules and setting
forth the reasons for adoption.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The adopted rules are then filed with the Secretary of State
and are published in the Illinois Register along with supporting information.
