Peremptory Rules

Section 2175 Section 2175.530  Peremptory Rules When the Board is required by federal law, federal rules and regulations, or by a court order to adopt a certain rule, that rule need not be published in the Illinois Register until it has been adopted under Section 5-50 of the IAPA [5 ILCS 100/5-50].  However, notice and text of the adopted rule must be published in the Illinois Register under Section 5-70 of the IAPA [5 ILCS 100/5-70].
