Procedure

Section 2500 Section 2500.110  Procedure Proposed additions, amendments or repealers to the rules of the Illinois Labor Relations Board must be undertaken jointly by the Panels.  The Board follows the rulemaking procedures prescribed under the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act [5 ILCS 100].
