Section 2675.120Â Petitions
for Rulemaking
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Any interested person may petition the Board for the adoption,
amendment or repeal of a rule.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Petitions for rulemaking shall be in writing and shall be
addressed to the Executive Director at either of the Board's offices.
