Introduction

Section 3100 Section 3100.10  Introduction This Part is established to implement the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act  [5 ILCS 140]. The purpose of this Part is to support the policy of providing public access to the public records in the possession of the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Council of Illinois while, at the same time, protecting legitimate privacy interests and maintaining administrative efficiency.
