Section 3430.110  Written Statements The Inspector General shall provide the appropriate authority with a written statement of his or her decision to close an investigation when the Toll Highway Inspector General concludes that there is insufficient evidence that a violation has occurred [605 ILCS 10/8.5(e)(4)] .
