Section 351.510Â Copies of
Public Records
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Copies of public records shall be provided to the requestor
only upon payment of any charges which are due.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Charges for copies of public records shall be assessed in
accordance with the "Fee Schedule for Duplication of Public Records"
attached as Appendix B to these rules.
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Charges may be waived or reduced in any case where the Freedom
of Information Officer determines that the waiver serves the public interest.
