Section 560.380 Amending
Reports
Any change or error in
information previously submitted in a statement or report shall be disclosed by
filing an amended statement or report as soon as practicable following the
change or discovery of the error. A
registrant has a continuing duty to
report any substantial change or addition to the information contained in
its
registration.
