Section 800 Section 800.100  Public Information a)         Any person seeking information on programs administered by or wishing to make a request of the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs (department) may do so by contacting the department in writing at 620 East Adams, Springfield, Illinois 62701 or verbally at (217) 782-7500. Inquiries and requests will be forwarded to the appropriate departmental division(s)/office(s) for response. b)         Procedures for requesting access to public records are specified in the department rules entitled "Access to Information of Department of Commerce and Community Affairs" (2 Ill.
