Applicability

Section 850 Section 850.10  Applicability This Subpart applies to any interested persons seeking or submitting information regarding subjects, programs and activities of the Department of Corrections. However, any interested persons seeking access to public records in the possession of the Department shall comply with 2 Ill. Adm. Code 851.
