Access by Government Agencies

Section 926.230  Access by Government Agencies Nothing in this Part shall preclude the Department from sharing materials in its files with other agencies of federal, state or local government having concurrent jurisdiction, pursuant to such agreements as the Director may approve with such agencies. All such agreements shall be available for public inspection.
