Protection of Individuals from Inadvertent Access

Section 332 Section 332.180  Protection of Individuals from Inadvertent Access Design, operation, and closure of the facility disposal area shall protect any individual inadvertently entering onto the disposal site at any time after termination of the license by the Agency.
