Procedure for Requesting Calibration Services

Section 333 Section 333.20  Procedure for Requesting Calibration Services Any person may request the Department to perform calibration services described in this Part. a)         Requests for such services shall be in writing and addressed to the Manager, Calibration Facility, Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety, 1301 Knotts Street, Springfield, Illinois 62703. b)         The request shall specify the type of instrument for which calibration services are requested, by instrument name and model number.
