Records of Dose to Members of the Public

Section 340 Section 340.1170  Records of Dose to Members of the Public a)         Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public (see Sections 340.310 and 340.320 of this Part). b)         The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by subsection (a) of this Section until the Agency terminates each license or registration for which the record is required.
