Reports of Leaking or Contaminated Sealed Sources

Section 340 Section 340.1260  Reports of Leaking or Contaminated Sealed Sources The licensee shall file a report within 5 days with the Agency if the test for leakage or contamination required pursuant to Section 340.410 of this Part indicates a sealed source is leaking or contaminated.  The report shall describe the equipment involved, the test results and the corrective action taken.
