Documents and Records Required at Temporary Jobsites

Section 351 Section 351.4030  Documents and Records Required at Temporary Jobsites Each licensee or registrant conducting operations at a temporary jobsite shall have the following documents and records available at that site for inspection by the Agency: a)         Operating and emergency procedures required by Section 351.2020 of this Part; b)         Survey records required pursuant to Section 351.4010 of this Part for the period of operation at the site; c)         Evidence of current calibration for the radiation survey instruments in use at the site; d)         The licensee's radioactive material license, including all appropriate amendments; e)         When operating in the State under reciprocity as provided for in 32 Ill. Adm. Code 330.900, a copy of the appropriate license, certificate of registration or equivalent documents; and f)         The dates of the latest tests for leakage or contamination performed on the sealed sources and the results of the tests.
