Standards for Issuance of Transaction Reference Number

Section 609 Section 609.60  Standards for Issuance of Transaction Reference Number a)         Based upon transmitted information required by Section 609.50, the Agency shall issue a Transaction Reference Number upon determining that the: 1)         Applicant has complied with the requirements of this Part; 2)         Activity undertaken is not prohibited by any provision of the Compact, the Radioactive Waste Compact Enforcement Act or this Part; 3)         Activity has received approval from the Commission, if so required under the provisions of the Compact; and 4)         Information reporting requirements of this Part have been met. b)         The Agency shall issue the Transaction Reference Number to the shipper within 7 days after the receipt of information.
