Request for Informal Agency Investigation

Section 103 Section 103.208  Request for Informal Agency Investigation a)         Any person may request an informal Agency investigation by submitting a request to the Board. b)         The Board will forward the request to the Agency with a copy to the person requesting the investigation.  The Agency must send an acknowledgment of receipt of the informal investigation request to the Board. c)         The Board will take no further action upon the request for informal investigation beyond the action described in subsection (b).
