Joinder of the Agency

Section 103.404 Joinder of
the Agency
If the Board directs that the
Agency be joined, the Clerk will send, by certified mail addressed to the
Agency, a copy of the Board Order requiring joinder. The mailing will
constitute service of process upon the Agency.
