Hearing

Section 103 Section 103.414  Hearing a)         The hearing officer, after appropriate consultation with the parties, will set a time and place for the hearing to be held not less than 30 days after the filing of the partial draft permit or stipulated remedy. b)         The hearing will be held, whenever possible, at a location convenient to the population center that is closest to the facility. c)         The Clerk in consultation with the hearing officer will give notice of the hearing to the persons entitled to notice in Sections 103.210 and 103.410, and to any other persons who have commented, requested to comment or requested notice, and to any persons on a mailing list provided by the Agency. d)         Notice will be mailed not less than 30 days before the hearing.
