Section 101 Section 101.608  Default a)         If a party fails to appear at the hearing, or fails to proceed as the Board or hearing officer ordered, the party defaults. b)         If a respondent fails to appear at hearing, the complainant or petitioner must prove its prima facie case to prevail on the merits.
