Section 1100.207  Boundary Control a)         Unauthorized vehicular access to the working face of all units and to all other areas within the boundaries of the facility must be restricted. b)         A permanent sign must be posted at the entrance to the facility or each unit stating that only CCDD or uncontaminated soil is accepted for use as fill.
