Variance Conditions

Section 104 Section 104.244  Variance Conditions In granting a variance the Board may impose such conditions as the policies of the Act may require [415 ILCS 5/36(a)].  In a RCRA variance the Board may direct the Agency to issue or modify a RCRA permit with conditions that may be set forth specifically in the order, or that may consist of general guidelines to be followed by the Agency, together with applicable regulations, in issuing a permit.
