Section 104.410 Proof of
Petition Notice Requirements
Within 30 days after the filing
of the petition, the petitioner must file a certificate of publication, issued
by the publisher of the petition notice certifying the publication of that
notice. The certificate must be issued in accordance with Section 1 of the
Notice by Publication Act [715 ILCS 5/1].
