Section 104.414Â Dismissal of
Petition
The Board may at any time
dismiss a petition for any of the following reasons:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Board determines that the petition is frivolous,
duplicative, or deficient with respect to the requirements of Sections 104.406,
104.408, and 104.410; or
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The Board determines that the petitioner is not pursuing
disposition of the petition in a timely manner.
