Section 105.118Â Sanctions
for Non-Compliant Filing of the Agency Record
or the OSFM Record
If the Agency or OSFM
unreasonably fails to timely file its record on or before the date required
under this Part, or unreasonably fails to prepare the record in accordance with
this Part and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.Subpart J, the Board may sanction the relevant
State agency in accordance with 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.Subpart H.
