Content Requirements
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The petition must include:
1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A concise description of the CAAPP source for which the permit
is sought;
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A statement of the Agency's decision or part thereof to be
reviewed;
3)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A justification as to why the Agency's decision or part
thereof was in error; and
4)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The other materials upon which the petitioner relies in its
petition.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The petition may include a request to stay the effectiveness
of a denial of the CAAPP permit until final action is taken by the Board under
Section 40.2 of the Act.
