Time to File a Petition for Review
Section 105.606Â Time to File a Petition for Review
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Any petition for
review under Section 105.604(a) or (c) must be filed with the Clerk within 35
days after the date of the Agency's final permit action.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Any
petition for review under Section 105.604(b) must be filed with the Clerk
before the Agency denies or issues the final permit.
