Section 106.302Â Initiation
of Proceeding
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The petitioner must file the petition for exception with the
Clerk and must serve one copy upon the Agency.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The petitioner must notify and provide a copy of the petition
to the owners of each potable water supply for which the setback requirements
would be affected by the exception.
