Section 106.306Â Response and
Reply
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Within 21 days after the filing of a petition, the Agency and
any owner required to be notified may file a response to any petition in which
it has not joined as co-petitioner. The response must include the comments
concerning potential Board action on the petition.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The petitioner may file a reply within 14 days after the
service of any response.
