Initiate, Parties
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Only the Agency may commence a proceeding to terminate an EMSA
under this Subpart.
b)        The Agency must be designated the complainant. The sponsor
must be designated the respondent.
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Misnomer of a party is not a ground for a dismissal; the name
of any party may be corrected at any time.
