Severability

Section 1150.120  Severability If any Section, subsection, sentence or clause of this Part is adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid or otherwise unlawful, that adjudication does not affect the validity of this Part as a whole or any Section, subsection, sentence or clause of this Part not adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid or otherwise unlawful.
