Section 130 Section 130.206  Deadline for State Agency Trade Secret Determination a)         The State agency must determine whether the article represents a trade secret within 45 days after the date it receives a complete statement of justification as prescribed in Section 130.203. b)         The owner of an article seeking trade secret protection may extend the time period for the State agency to determine whether the article represents a trade secret by submitting to the State agency a waiver of the deadline for the State agency to determine whether the article represents a trade secret.
