Retention of Records
Section 1450
Section 1450.103 Retention
of Records
Copies of all records required
to be kept under this Part shall be retained by the transporter for three years
and shall be made available at the transporter's principal place of business in
Illinois or corporate headquarters during normal business hours for inspection
and photocopying by the Agency.
