Section 174 Section 174.403  Amendments a)         Either the Agency or the unit of local government may propose an amendment to the agreement, which shall become effective when both parties sign a document embodying the amendment, or at any other later mutually agreeable date. b)         Changes to standard specifications for water main construction shall be made by amending the delegation agreement.
