Severability

Section 182.106  Severability If any Section, subsection, sentence, or clause of this Part is adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid, or otherwise unlawful, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of this Part as a whole, or any Section, subsection, sentence, or clause not adjudged unconstitutional, void, invalid, or otherwise unlawful.
