Applications Containing the Entire Assessment

Section 185 Section 185.301  Applications Containing the Entire Assessment Applications received by the Agency will be logged in and assigned a receipt date and number if the following conditions are met: a)         The application is complete in accordance with Section 17.8 of the Act and this Part; and b)         The entire assessment due under Section 185.201 of this Part is included with the application.
