Severability

Section 186 Section 186.225  Severability If any provision of this Part is adjudged invalid, or if its application to any person or in any circumstance is adjudged invalid, such invalidity does not affect the validity of this Part as a whole, or any other Subpart, Section, subsection, sentence or clause not adjudged invalid.
