Stakeholder Involvement

Section 187 Section 187.300  Stakeholder Involvement An EMSA shall provide for productive stakeholder involvement in a pilot project's development and implementation.  The nature and extent of stakeholder involvement will be determined on a case by case basis, and will be fully described in an EMSA.
