Purpose

Section 190.100  Purpose The purpose of this Part is to set forth the annual collection goals for calendar years 2015 through 2020 for out-of-service mercury thermostats collected in accordance with collection programs established by thermostat manufacturers under the Mercury Thermostat Collection Act.
