Scope

Section 202 Section 202.140  Scope Pursuant to a permit issued by the Agency under this Part, a person or persons may use an ACS for emission sources, including fugitive emission sources, in lieu of compliance with conflicting requirements which would otherwise be applicable under this Chapter.
