Available Growth Margin

Section 203.1060  Available Growth Margin "Available growth margin" means the portion which remains of any emission allowance for new or modified major stationary sources expressly identified in the attainment demonstration approved by the USEPA under section 172(c)(4) of the CAA (42 U.S.C. 7502(c)(4)) for a particular pollutant and area in a zone (within a nonattainment area) to which economic development should be targeted, in compliance with section 173(a)(1)(B) of the CAA (42 U.S.C. 7503(a)(1)(B)).
