Reasonable Further Progress

Section 203.1330  Reasonable Further Progress "Reasonable further progress" means the annual incremental reductions in the emissions of the pollutant as determined by the USEPA pursuant to Part D of Title I of the CAA (42 U.S.C. 7501 et seq.) and federal regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
