Section 203.1450  Control of Ozone, PM 10 , and PM 2.5 a)         The provisions of this Part applicable to major stationary sources and major modifications of VOM shall apply to NO X emissions from major stationary sources and major modifications of NO X in any ozone nonattainment area, except in ozone nonattainment areas where the USEPA has granted a NO X waiver applying the standards under section 182(f) of the CAA (42 U.S.C. 7511a(f)) and the waiver continues to apply. b)         The provisions of this Part applicable to major stationary sources and major modifications of PM 10 shall also apply to major stationary sources and major modifications of PM 10 precursors, except where the USEPA determines that such sources do not contribute significantly to PM 10 levels that exceed the PM 10 ambient standards in the area. c)         The control requirements of this Part which are applicable to major stationary sources and major modifications of PM 2.5 shall also apply to major stationary sources and major modifications of PM 2.5 precursors which are regulated NSR pollutants in a PM 2.5 nonattainment area.
