Public Participation

Section 203 Section 203.150  Public Participation Prior to the initial issuance or revision of a permit pursuant to Subpart B, the Agency shall provide, at a minimum, notice of the proposed issuance of a permit, a comment period, and opportunity for public hearing pursuant to the Agency public participation procedures set forth at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 252.
